here you will find renovations, masonry, stores, doors, condos, odd jobs etc some of these are pictures of pictures before I got a digital

Here is the Bagel store up in New Windsor mall it was called bagel and bake

Here is the Army recruiting center in lake street plaza Newburgh

Here is a stone wall in Ft Montgomery that was over 100 feet and in a few areas it was destroyed, this had to be re-built and the whole wall re-pointed.. I also repaired the walk with cement and blue stone steps added a new door and shutters.

Here is the Merchant building in tribeca the wall had crumbled from the rain seeping through the outside bricks ,solution other than an expensive re-pointing job remove all the plaster from inside coat with thuro seal water plug and re-plaster

	This is a Cement walk way with 3 different Heights from the top of the drive way to the laundry room stairs then down to a set of sliding doors as well as a raised decks stairs
	Here are 2 tile jobs from the same house one was a bathroom I gutted and the other is a kitchen where I installed oaks flooring new counter tops paint and a tile Backsplash
	Here are a few rooms that were painted in one of the same houses that had floors and tile work. I also created the arch in the door way

	This is a Cement walk as well as a back pad and steps up a slope with two entry ways pads
	Here are 4 House painting jobs 2 in Westchester, Cornwall, Tuxedo I use Benjamin Moore paints Iron Clad not regular house paint, besides having a better grip on old wood and preventing more peeling it last years longer and still looks great after 10 years. it may cost more but its worth it
	Here are a few misc jobs a Mantel, a sidewalk, a few California closet, a carport, some under ground gutters to deal with a water problem, also a trough in an older house to stop flooding which was also connected to a series of under ground pipes
