Bathrooms

	This is a Bathroom gut job a very small bathroom that was made a foot bigger buy moving the door out adding a bathtub that was 3 inches smaller and a small vanity this whole bathroom was tiled and floors are Marble pictures are in the misc section
	These are 2 Bathrooms as you will see there was severe water damage
	This was a very small bathroom designed to look like a library , with wallpaper that looks like a book shelf a nice old lamp, wood floors

	This bathroom ceiling was stripped to exposed rustic beams tile was added to floor and skylight was installed

Material

Use a cement backer board for the shower area. it will with stand the water if any should get through the tiles

Silicone

Use Silicone not Caulk around the inside corners and inside base of the tub. also use it the outside of the tub floors so shower run off and excessive use will not seep through the floor tiles and rot out the flooring

Tiling

Depending on what color you use for wall tiles just adding a different color border or stripe running through the center adds a nice break,

Regrouting

If your old tiles are in good condition , you may be able to regrout them , it is not an easy task but it can save your bathroom from future trouble that can be happening behind the walls rotting out beams and floors
