	This is Oak flooring throughout 3 rooms Kitchen, living room ,dining room and foyer with new molding ,and a small commercial rug leading upstairs and a finished attic
	These are 2 jobs one was lowering a floor then installing parquet. The other was cutting out a path in a rug and adding parquet

I love Bruce pre finished Oak flooring, it is tough and looks great no matter what shade you choose

Vinyl

Commercial vinyl tiles are a good choice for the hallway or laundry room it can take the elements and it comes in some pretty colors. most stores just stock the same neutral colors but there are about 60 different Armstrong colors

Upkeep

Parquet flooring is nice for a small room or decorative area like a Foyer, hall way ,or a if you like to experiment cut a path through your carpet and add parquet makes a big difference
